Bug Reports and Paid Support
If you want to report a bug or have purchased a SmartSVN license and need support, contact the SmartSVN support. Try to provide as much problem-related information as possible, such as
- the exact steps you've taken,
- the log files,
- the exact version of SmartSVN you are using.
The most important log file is log.txt in the SmartSVN settings directory. The location of the SmartSVN settings directory you can find out in the About dialog.
If you don't get an answer from us, please check your spam-filter and ensure that mails from
are not blocked. Try using an alternative email address from a different domain, e.g. your private address.
